Job Purpose:

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance client relationships. This role involves overseeing sales operations, developing strategies, and guiding the team to achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and prospects to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify recent prospects and stay ahead of industry changes.




Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, set performance targets, and monitor the sales team’s progress towards meeting targets.
Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to drive sales performance.
Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations on sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to senior management.
