Job Description:
The General Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, finance, and customer service. They will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading and motivating a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive sales strategy to meet organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify current business opportunities.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure alignment with the company's financial objectives.
Sales Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals, drive sales activities, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
Oversee the recruitment, training,



and development of sales personnel to ensure a highly skilled, productive, and effective team.
Set individual performance targets and ensure regular feedback and performance appraisals for the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying areas for service improvements.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic accounts.
Sales Operations Management:
Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure the use of appropriate CRM tools, data analytics, and sales forecasting systems to monitor and evaluate sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and resource availability.
