Job Description Project Manager – Data and Analytics
n Job Summary
n We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data and Analytics initiatives, with a focus on Snowflake migrations, SAP data migrations, or similar projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of data-driven projects.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Project Leadership
n n n Lead end-to-end project management for data migration initiatives, particularly involving Snowflake, SAP, or other data platforms.
n Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
n n n Stakeholder Collaboration
n n n Work closely with IT teams, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
n Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
n n n Risk and Issue Management
n n n Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
n Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
n n n Data Governance and Compliance




n n n Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
n Oversee data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.
n n n Agile Methodologies
n n n Apply Agile or hybrid project management frameworks to drive efficiency and adaptability.
n n Required Skills and Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
n Proven experience in project management, preferably in data migration, analytics, or IT projects.
n Familiarity with Snowflake, SAP, or similar data platforms (direct experience is a plus).
n Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
n PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is advantageous.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
n Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
