Job Description Title: Program Control Lead – Execution & Systems
n Location: Narsapura, Kolar
n Role Overview: Provide structured execution tracking and milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Maintain master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones
n Track manpower ramp and equipment readiness
n Monitor BOM status and engineering change control
n Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones
n Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review
n Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure
n n Functional Interaction: BD, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Facility, HR, Quality, IT
n Experience: 6–10 years in manufacturing program management or execution tracking roles
n Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or MBA
n Business Impact: Provides execution visibility and prevents fragmented ramp control
