n What You'll Do
n n Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
n Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM.
n Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
n Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
n Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
n Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
n Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
n Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation.
n n What We're Looking For




n n 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.
n Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
n Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixel events, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
n Experience in campaign scaling and performance optimization.
n Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
n Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
n Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
n Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
n Experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing company is an added advantage.
