Job Description
Candidate must have robust understanding of SAP S4HANA
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide SAP technical teams (Basis, Developers, Functional).
Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from planning to delivery, managing timelines, budgets,



and resources.
Solution Design: Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions to meet business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business units, leadership, and external partners, managing expectations and aligning technical strategy.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, defining standards, procedures, and best practices for SAP operations. Good understanding of Agile methodology and real experience
Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
Technical Oversight: Ensure proper configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, security, and maintenance (patching, backups) of SAP systems (ECC-ON Prem, S/4HANA ).
Core Tech Skills & should have robust knowledge of RICEF objects & OOPs programming
Hands on experience around ABAP on HANA , Output Management a
