Key Responsibilitiesn n Identify and develop new franchise opportunities in the assigned region.
n Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding.
n Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners.
n Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors.
n Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor.
n What We're Looking Forn n Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development.
n Prior experience in the preschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred.
n Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships.
n Solid business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
n Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
