Requirements:
Strong experience in handling premium residential / commercial projects
Capable of independently managing projects from concept to execution
Positive client handling and presentation skills
Robust in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D, detailing and BOQ preparation
Must have site execution and vendor coordination experience
Should have leadership and ownership mindset (especially for senior role)
