The Role
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and process re-engineering for enterprise solutions
Ability to translate regulatory (DPDP, RBI) and business requirements into functional specifications, BRD/FRD, and user stories
Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and workflow design for privacy and governance use cases
Knowledge of DPDP modules (consent management, DPRM, DPIA, ROPA, breach management) and BFSI processes
Skilled in stakeholder management, workshops, and requirement validation across business, IT,



and compliance teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and UAT coordination
Ability to support integration requirements (CBS, CRM, HRMS, APIs) and ensure end-to-end traceability
Solid documentation skills for SOPs, use cases, test scenarios, and audit/compliance artifacts
