This role is critical to ensure that Salesforce remains a reliable, integrated, and effective platform supporting our global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will serve as a technical leader within the Business Applications team driving innovation, ensuring the best platform practices, and enabling digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who can architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, mentor developers,
and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value through technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, development, and integration initiatives.
Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, CPQ, Marketing, Experience, Service).
Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and APIs to deliver robust and effective functionality.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and admins to translate business requirements into well-architected technical designs.
Define and enforce development standards, code quality, and CI/CD best practices using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Opsera.
Oversee system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (ERP, billing, marketing, data platforms).
