What You'll Do:
Build a system to conduct and evangelise User research at high frequency.
Independently plan and execute generative and evaluative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary studies,



concept testing, and journey mapping.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure research insights inform product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and design decisions.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and prospects.
Create explicit research outputs such as insight reports, personas, journey maps, chance frameworks, and product recommendations.
Present findings to stakeholders and leadership through compelling storytelling and actionable recommendations.
Mentor junior researchers and help strengthen user-centered thinking across the organization.
Improve research operations, including templates, repositories, processes, tools, and best practices.
Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and evidence-based product experiences.
