Job Description:

Qualifications: first class M Sc. / M. Tech / Ph.D. in Paint & coating or B.Tech./ M.Tech in CERAMICS from Institute of repute.
Experience: Min 5 to 10 years experience in developed R&D; lab.
Position reports to Manager – R&D; / Team Leader.
Compensation: As per the qualifications and experience.
Preference industries: CERAMICS, REFRACTORY, Sanitary-ware
Age: 25 – 35 years

Experience in
Min 5+ yrs experience in R&D; of (Ceramic / REFRACTORY / Minerals / Sanitary-ware industry)
Experience in Minerals, ceramics and refractory development.
Testing and characterization of products using appropriate analytical techniques & instruments. (Such as XRF, XRD, PSA…).
RM testing such as minerals, ceramics, refractory material, special additives.
Support R&D; to execute and coordinate for innovation projects related to recent RM and alternatives.
Testing of raw material samples.
Test method Development for Refractory/ Minerals.
To help in trouble shooting with QC team.

Interaction with Dept Head and HoDs,

Coordination:
• To coordinate with HoDs, Quality & production
• Providing R&D; support,

Technical/Functional Expertise:
• Expertise in Ceramics, Refractories, Sanitary-ware used in paints/coatings.
• Advanced Ceramic / Refractory testing procedures/RM testing/current product trials, lab trials.
• Software – MS Office,
