Role & Responsibilities
Provide strategic academic leadership: set vision, translate CBSE curricula into measurable learning objectives and ensure consistent delivery across grade levels.
Lead faculty hiring, career development and performance management to build a high-performing teaching team and raise instructional quality.
Oversee student welfare, discipline, inclusive practices and safeguarding policies to ensure a protected, supportive learning environment.
Manage school operations — budget oversight, resource allocation,



infrastructure maintenance and vendor relationships to optimise campus effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance with CBSE regulations and state education norms, coordinate inspections, accreditation and board examinations.
Drive stakeholder engagement: maintain transparent communications with parents, governing body, local community and external partners to boost enrollment and reputation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Postgraduate degree in Education/Management or equivalent with B.Ed; M.Ed or MBA (Education) preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in CBSE-affiliated schools, including prior experience as Vice-Principal/Head of Department or Principal.
Proven track record of curriculum implementation, student assessment strategies and improving academic outcomes.
Strong knowledge of CBSE regulations, examination processes and school administration best practices.
