Job Description Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
n Experience: 8 to 11 years
n Reports to: Zonal Operations Manager
n Responsibilities:
n n Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region
n Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets
n Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region
n Build solid relationship with partners
n Review and ensure Policy Compliance
n Manage cost
n Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners
n Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance
n Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
n Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule
n Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region
n Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
n Lead the planning and delivery of effective, effective, and sustainable operations across the Region
n Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
n Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members
n Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
n Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.
n Exposure in crowd management.
n Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
