Job Description:

) Manages electrical, mechanical and electronical maintenance of machines like Laser Cutting, Press Brake, Shearing, Rolling, Welding, Shot Blasting, Paint Booth and other fabrication required machines.

2)Manage overall operation of utilities like -Screw Air Compressor, RO Plant, Cooling Tower, EOT Cranes.

3) Under take periodic checking and maintenance of electrical machine, PCC, AMF Panel
MCC, PLC, APFC panels, VCB, ACB -1250A and switchgear.

4) Ensuring all the machineries work efficiently by conducting timely checks and measure.
5) Identify problems of equipment that may cause interruption in smooth running plant.
6) Carryout modification to minimized downtime and increase efficiency of systems.

7) Sustains and improves reliability, plant operation, maintenance, and systems documentation.
8)Planning & Implementing maintenance, Schedules, EMPs & Documentations for PM
Managing Spares Parts for Machineries and Ensuring Physical Stock in Store.
