Manage end-to-end payroll processing for ~2,000 employees across multiple regions.Ensure payroll accuracy including salary, incentives, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
Oversee global payroll vendor operations and SLAs.
Handle monthly payroll audits, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
Manage payroll calendar and ensure strict adherence to timelines.
