Job Description:

Possess basic refrigeration and HVAC system design and operation knowledge
• Basic understanding of Plant Layout, P&ID; and piping drawings
• Possess knowledge of BOQ creation with basic design knowledge
• Initiate, update, maintain, communicate, and manage all Contractors and Vendors to the schedule. Follow up with all.
• Possess working knowledge of all projects plans, specifications, Contracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals and all other project related documents and maintain a complete and accurate set of drawings
• Preparing project planning and execution schedule and its monitoring.
• Responsible for updating Microsoft Project or Prime Vera (MSP) plan, tracking of project activities, updating activities in MSP, circulating project plan/ information.
• Responsible for managing miscellaneous activities as project meetings, cross functional meetings, vendor meetings, conference, seminar, presentation, teleconferences etc.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time
• Project costing, Budget allocation and planning
