n About the Role
n We are seeking a Manual Tester with domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS. The candidate will play a key role in validating claim workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining system quality.
n Key Responsibilities
n Perform end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within TCS BaNCS.
n Validate claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows.
n Create and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.
n Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT support activities.
n Log, track, and verify defects in coordination with development teams.




n Ensure compliance with business rules, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
n Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand requirements.
n Required Skills
n Hands-on experience in Health Claims testing.
n Working knowledge of TCS BaNCS platform.
n Solid understanding of insurance processes, claim lifecycle, and policy administration.
n Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
n Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
n Robust analytical and documentation skills.

n Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant insurance domain experience.
