Job Description:
Operate and set up laser cutting & sewing machines according to work orders and technical drawings.
Adjust machine settings to control power, speed, and other variables depending on the material type (metal, plastic, etc.).
Load materials into the machine and monitor cutting operations to ensure precision and accuracy.
Perform regular maintenance on laser equipment, including cleaning lenses, checking alignment, and inspecting nozzles.
Troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs.
Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet design and dimensional specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting.
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
