Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support recruitment through solid coordination, consistent follow-ups, and process discipline . This role plays a key part in ensuring interviews run smoothly, candidates stay engaged, and hiring timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and stakeholders
Manage candidate calls, initial screening coordination, and follow-ups
Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the process




Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker
Follow up proactively with candidates and internal teams to avoid delays
Support the recruitment process to enable smooth and timely closures
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Key Performance Indicators
Speed and efficiency of interviews
Consistency and effectiveness of follow-ups
Accuracy and discipline in maintaining recruitment tracker
Contribution to timely closure of positions through coordination

Requirements
0 - 1 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
AI-aware / quick to adopt new tools and smarter ways of working
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
