About the Role
This isn’t a typical Sales Coach role. You will work on initiatives that
genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.
You will be a part of the business team and responsible for activating recent
hires and maximizing the productivity of existing resources. You will need to
ensure that human-assisted sales evolves in step with AI-led customer journeys
and ensures that business teams deliver customer-first yet compliant solutions.
You will need to design and institutionalize a consultative, AI-enabled
assisted sales system that drives consistent, high-trust customer conversations
while improving conversion, quality, and long-term customer value.
What You’ll Do
On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Coaching
You will accompany the sales team on calls, correct pitches in real-time,
enforce digital adoption (CRM), and drive excellence in closures and servicing
Real-time Feedback: Provide immediate, actionable feedback after calls
regarding body language, objection handling, and product explanation.
Call Listening & Audits: Listening to live / recorded calls and suggest
improvements accordinglyContent Delivery & Classroom Training
Product Knowledge: Simplify complex financial products into easy-to-sell
concepts.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales pitches adhere to internal gui
