Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end assembly operations — incoming parts, QC, assembly, packaging, and dispatch.
Build and lead the local assembly team (line workers, supervisors, QA).
Implement standard operating procedures for assembly, testing, and maintenance.
Track KPIs like yield, downtime, and production cost.
Coordinate with engineering and supply chain for continuous improvement.
Positive to have:
6–10 years in electronics / small-appliance assembly or production management.
Familiar with lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality systems.
Experience managing 20–50+ member teams.
