Job Description:

Product Development & Strategy:
• Lead the development of recent corrugated products, from initial concept through to market launch.
• Define and execute product strategies that align with the company’s goals, market demands, and technological advancements.
• Work closely with R&D; and design teams to develop cutting-edge packaging solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Assess the feasibility of current products based on technical capabilities, production capacity, and market potential.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products.
• Analyze consumer behavior, feedback, and packaging trends to guide new product development.
• Monitor industry regulations and emerging technologies to ensure the current products remain competitive and compliant with standards.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, R&D;, production, and quality assurance teams to gather input and ensure alignment on current product goals.




• Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure that materials for new products are available and sourced in time.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to streamline the product development process.

Product Design & Prototyping:
• Lead the design and prototyping phases for new corrugated products.
• Ensure that product prototypes are tested for strength, durability, and suitability for various customer needs.
• Work with the production team to assess manufacturability and optimize design for efficient production.

Product Launch & Commercialization:
• Develop and implement product launch plans, including market testing, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product introduction and customer adoption.
• Coordinate production timelines and logistics to ensure products are ready for launch on schedule.
