Job Description About the Role
n Our Software helps online sellers manage their business on Meesho, AJIO, and Amazon. With recent sellers signing up daily, we need a confident communicator to onboard and train them.
n Responsibilities
n n Outbound calls to newly signed-up sellers to welcome and onboard them
n Train sellers on using the platform over phone / screen-share
n Follow up on setup issues and coordinate with the technical team
n Maintain call records and share daily feedback
n n Requirements
n n Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
n Confident and polite on calls; basic computer knowledge
n Telecalling / support experience is a plus — freshers welcome, full training provided
