Role / Job Title: Audit Executive-Business Process

Function / Department: Internal Audit

Job Purpose:

The role bearer has the responsibility to actively support internal audits for the bank as

assigned. It entails following the complete process - assist in - creating checklists, conducting

audits as per the defined timelines, publishing the audit reports and preparing for presentations

to be conducted quarterly. The role bearer must adhere by the guidelines set by the bank

for audit reports - making the audit process more effective contributing to the larger objectives

of the bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist Audit Manager to define audit scope.

• Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts.

• Assist in executing audit plan as per agreed timelines, draft audit reports.

• Support in developing operational expertise in core areas and leverage in internal audits.

• Develop and maintain skilled relations with auditees.





• Support in preparing audit committee presentations for audits held during each quarter.

• Search indicators of incorrect, unusual or fraudulent tax returns.

• Actively follow-up on compliance to the audit reports issued.

• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.

• Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.

• List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role.

• Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate: Bachelor’s in commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers /

Engineering / Management / any others

Post-Graduation: Finance / Marketing / Operations /

Qualified Qualification: CA / Law / FRM / CS

Experience: 2 - 5 years of total experience
