Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the Assistant Sales Manager position for a reputed company in IT Software Services Industry in Delhi & Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly
Build, nurture, and flourish relationships with existing customers and provide experiential customer service.
Keep abreast of industry trends and changes.
Convert leads into closure by using various means of communication, viz, cold-calling, email, messages, and nurturing relationship

Candidate's profile:
Engineer and MBA
0–2 years of domain experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and present services to potential clients
Ability to work independently as well as with team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive Exposure to LinkedIn Platform
