Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on leads from online property portals and other marketing channels.
Source and pitch relevant property options from the database.
Conducted site visits and assisted buyers/sellers in negotiations and deal closures.
Manage formal documentation for transactions.
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate sales with a builder or broker.
Experience in South Mumbai’s residential or commercial resale, rental, or lease market.
Fluency in English and proficiency in computers.
