Job Description:

Qualification: must be IIM Graduate - A degree in finance, accounting or CPA , MBA will be added perk.
Experience: min 3+ yrs from the agricultural or food processing industry preferred.
Work location: Katni in Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including capital allocation, financial planning, and risk management.
Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to provide critical insights to the executive team and board of directors.
Capital Management: Manage capital raising efforts, investments, and financing strategies to support the company's growth plans.
Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and financial policies to optimize profitability.
Compliance and Risk Management:



Ensure the company complies with all financial and regulatory requirements, managing financial risk effectively.
Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial assets to ensure the company's financial stability.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and excellence.

Personal Skills:
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, preferably within the agriculture or food industry.
Robust financial analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
