n 1. Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.
n 2. Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
n 3. Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
n 4. Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings.
n Maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.
n 5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




n Candidate Profile:
n 3–6 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
n Mandatory experience in Mandate Sales.
n Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
n Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
