Job description

The Operations Manager for the Simulator Centre based in Mumbai/ other locations will be responsible for ensuring smooth internal operations of the training center. Role is to provide oversight and adherence to annual budget, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction & enhancing employee relations. The incumbent will focus on meeting regulatory compliance standards, fostering a high-performing team and managing the facility and administration.

Major Role and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Simulator Centre, ensuring smooth functionality of facilities and equipment.
Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
Manage resources effectively to achieve operational and financial targets.
