Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

 Managing relationship with existing customers, getting order from them, coordinating
dispatches and completing entire sales cycle.
 Approaching current customers, initiating contact with them and getting order from them.
 Identifying recent or unexplored industry to sell products.
 Visiting various clients’ plant or offices regarding business activity viz. Marketing,
Collection and other need base purpose.
 Follow up with client on phone regarding outstanding as well as about recent orders.
 Getting Feedback from customer regarding after sales service.
 Resolving customer complaints.
 Maintenance of client wise collection list: Client Name, Outstanding Amount, Due




Date for collection and remarks (if any).
 Emailing the clients regarding their outstanding as well as Statement of Accounts (on
need base).
 Creating contacts in ERP, maintaining all the data related to existing customer,
prospective customers & contacts, Logging each and every interaction.
 Reporting to the senior of every development.
 Conducting the research assignments using effectively the facility of Internet

Requirement:
Candidate must have car Driving Licence.
