Job Description AI-First Video Editor

n Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum (Fixed CTC)
n We're looking for a creative and AI-savvy Video Editor to create high-impact, short-form videos for our D2C business. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing performance-driven content using both traditional editing software and AI-powered video tools.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Edit engaging short-form videos for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
n Transform raw footage into high-converting ad creatives and organic content.
n Leverage AI video tools, AI avatars, AI voice, text-to-video, and automation workflows to enhance content production.
n Develop compelling hooks, retention-focused edits, and scroll-stopping creatives.
n Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver performance-oriented video assets.
n Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and emerging AI video technologies.




n n Requirements
n n 3–6 years of experience in video editing, preferably in D2C, EdTech, media, or digital-first companies.
n Robust expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
n Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, HeyGen, Kling AI, Pika, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
n Robust understanding of performance marketing creatives, short-form content, and storytelling.
n Ability to deliver high-quality videos with quick turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
