n Role Description
n Diago Finance is seeking a Sales Manager for a full time, in office position at our Bengaluru office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing leadership to the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
n Qualifications
n n Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Forecasting, and Goal Setting
n Solid Leadership, Team Management, and Collaboration skills
n Experience with Client Relationship Management and Networking
n Knowledge of Data Analysis, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
n Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and Negotiation skills
n Results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
n Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry is desirable
