Job responsibilities
Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
Supervision stock and cold room operations.
Educate & Motivate sales team with briefing periodically.
Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
Management of the center with Home Delivery team.
Maintain & record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
Control outstanding following company guidelines & Protocols.
Develop & penetrate current markets.
Negotiation with Retailers.
Communicating well with all staff.
Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:
Positive Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others
Computer skills like MS Excel & Power point.
Local candidate is preferred
Languages known: English and Local Language
Must have 2-wheeler license.
Qualification: Any University Graduate or MBA
