Job Description Accounting & Financial Management
n • Finalization of Accounts: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes,
n ensuring the Balance Sheet and P&L; reflect accurate data from both the Borivali
n office and the Tarapur plant.
n • Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Manage GST filing, TDS returns, and ensure 100%
n compliance with the latest 2026 Income Tax regulations.
n • Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory and internal
n auditors, maintaining digital audit trails in Tally Prime.
n • Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, oversee accounts
n receivable/payable, and optimize credit cycles with chemical raw material suppliers.
n • Production Data Compiling: Get data from the production team to develop invoicing
n information from the same and then hand it over to the invoicing team.
n • Maintaining in-built production software and Zoho Books: Use multiple software
n platforms to ensure the data is true and easy to access for all departments.
