Position: STEM Educator

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative STEM Educator to engage young learners (3–8 years) through fun, hands-on, and interactive activities. The ideal candidate should inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving by introducing foundational concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in an age-appropriate manner.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons for children aged 3–8 years.
Conduct hands-on experiments, robotics, coding, engineering, and science activities using age-appropriate learning materials.
Foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through experiential learning.
Create a protected, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting.
Encourage teamwork, communication, and independent thinking among students.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school coordinators.
Maintain STEM kits, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
Participate in school events,



exhibitions, workshops, and STEM fairs.
Ensure classroom discipline while making learning enjoyable and interactive.
Stay updated with the latest STEM education trends and teaching methodologies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
Certification or training in STEM Education, Robotics, Coding, or Early Childhood Education is an added advantage.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in teaching young children (Pre-K to Grade 3) or conducting STEM/Robotics/Coding classes.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Robust classroom management skills.
Creativity in designing engaging learning activities.
Basic knowledge of STEM concepts, robotics, coding, and science experiments.
