Job Description Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager – P&C; Insurance
n Location: Chennai and Hyderabad
n Role Summary
n Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance portfolio, with primary focus on Guidewire-based platforms (Policy, Claims). Drive business outcomes through solid delivery governance, deep insurance domain expertise, and contemporary engineering practices. Own P&L; performance, ensure customer-centric execution, and embed an AI-first, automation-driven mindset across delivery and operations.
n Key Responsibilities
n ·Own delivery, execution governance, and P&L; accountability for P&C; Insurance programs.
n ·Lead large-scale Guidewire implementation, enhancement, and modernization initiatives.
n ·Partner with business stakeholders to translate insurance product requirements into scalable technology solutions.
n ·Provide technical leadership across Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter), Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
n ·Drive AI-led transformation across underwriting, claims automation, fraud detection, and customer servicing.
n ·Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence across Agile teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore models.




n ·Oversee solution design, architecture alignment, risk management, and production stability.
n ·Champion engineering best practices including DevSecOps, automation, and cloud-native adoption.
n Required Experience & Skills
n ·15+ years of technology delivery experience, including leadership in P&C; Insurance domain.
n ·Strong hands-on or program-level expertise in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter).
n ·Proven experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs.
n ·Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture.
n ·Experience managing P&L;, client relationships, and executive stakeholder engagement.
n ·Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML, automation, and data-driven capabilities in insurance workflows.
