n *Experience in premium restaurants, cafés, luxury retail, hotels, or hospitality.
n *Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
n *Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, premium service workplace.
n *Positive attitude with robust problem-solving skills.
n *Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
n * Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.
n * Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
n * Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.
n * Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.
n * Ensure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times.
n Requirements:
n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n * Well-groomed, energetic, confident, and guest-focused personality.
n * Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
