Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate - Client Servicing to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.
n Responsibilities
n n Assist with the management of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
n Responsible for creating social media content calendars, social media reports, and executing ORM on social media with the help of tools or natively.
n Work with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Media, and Strategy, to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns.
n Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients.
n Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
n Assist with the development of presentations for campaigns, reports, and content calendars.
n n Requirements
n n Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
n 3+ years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
n Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n Robust understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels.
n Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
n Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
n Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
