Presales Consultant Tier 1 MBA | Work from Office

We have been in the enterprise ATS space for 10 years. Some of the best
companies in the country run their hiring on MyNextHire. As the market shifts
to AI-first hiring, our sales team needs solid presales support to help
clients see what the product can do for them -- and to build the relationships
that turn evaluation conversations into long-term partnerships.

This is a role for someone fresh out of MBA who wants to learn enterprise
SaaS from the front lines.

What you need to achieve

Support the sales team in winning 10 enterprise deals within 12 months -- by
running demos, gathering requirements, and being the trusted second voice in
every client conversation.

How the best people get there
Run every demo as a discovery conversation -- listening to their problem
before showing any solution -- to know your customer, their process, and their
pain points
Summarise the problem back to the client, offer more than one solution with
explicit pros and cons -- so the client feels heard and cared for




Respond to every email and call promptly, and log every interaction without
being reminded -- to build trust
Use the trust earned and care shown to form a lasting relationship -- so
they think of you when they have a recent problem
Contribute in a small way to solving existing clients' problems -- so your
experience is rich and grounded
