Role Overview
We are looking for a agile Destination Expert — South East Asia with solid tele-sales
skills and in-depth knowledge of popular Asian holiday destinations. The role involves
converting leads into bookings while delivering expert travel guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings using consultative tele-sales techniques
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Upsell tours, cruises, attractions, transfers, insurance, and upgrades
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
Destination Expertise — South East Asia
• Provide expert guidance on destinations such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia,
Indonesia (Bali), Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.
• Design customized itineraries for leisure, honeymoon, family, and group travel
• Recommend best travel routes, experiences, and value options
• Stay updated on visa rules, entry requirements, and destination trends
Customer Experience
• Deliver rapid, friendly, and personalized service




• Address client concerns and close bookings efficiently
• Build repeat business through excellent support
Coordination & Reporting
• Update CRM with lead and booking details
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers for seamless execution
• Share daily/weekly sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in travel sales, preferably South East Asia packages
• Strong tele-sales and persuasion skills
• Positive knowledge of major SEA destinations and products
• Target-oriented with proven conversion ability
• Excellent verbal communication
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Fluency in English & Hindi (Bengali preferred)
Preferred Profile
• Experience selling short-haul international packages
• Knowledge of attractions, theme parks, cruises, and visa-on-arrival processes
• Passion for Asian travel experiences
