Responsibilities:
Product Positioning: Define and articulate unique selling propositions (USPs) for our wireless IC products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals. (30%)
Business Execution: Drive opportunity funnel creation to achieve current product business plans, drive the conversion of opportunities to production and strive to meet or exceed business unit goals and objectives. (20%)
Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead and coordinate business development activities across field sales, FAEs, and distributor partners — setting priorities, tracking execution, and holding teams accountable to pipeline milestones and revenue targets. (10%)
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather voice of customer, feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings. (20%)
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies. (10%)
Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, sales,



product development and LoRa ecosystem teams including LoRa alliance members to ensure product alignment with market requirements and to drive successful product launches. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in business development role within the wireless semiconductors technology sectors.
Proven experience in competitive analysis and developing go to market strategies for new products
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-Driven Individual with an exceptional skilled presence, good business acumen and knowledge to establish immediate credibility with customers, vendors/suppliers, employees and the management team.
