Malbek is seeking an experienced implementation and program management qualified to help scale partner-led delivery without compromising implementation quality, customer outcomes, or governance discipline. This role sits within the Customer Experience team and supports the growth of Malbek’s partner enablement model by bringing structure, technical confidence, and delivery accountability to partner-led CLM implementations.

Job Summary

The Partner Implementation Program Manager brings structure, technical depth, and delivery discipline to Malbek’s growing partner network. The role enables partners to deploy, configure, and optimize the Malbek contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform for customers while maintaining consistent implementation standards, governance practices, and customer experience expectations.

It is a senior individual-contributor position that blends two equally significant dimensions:
Program and project management – owning the organization, tracking, governance, and consistent execution of partner enablement activities and partner-led implementations.




Functional and technical expertise – learning the Malbek CLM platform in depth and acting as a trusted product, configuration, and solution advisor to partners and customers.

This role does not have direct reports but will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive successful partner implementations. As the partner network scales, the position is expected to assume broader ownership of the partner implementation program, including process optimization, governance, and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with the Partner Enablement Manager, the Partner Implementation Program Manager ensures partners follow Malbek’s implementation methodology, governance cadence, and quality standards throughout customer implementations.
