We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to provide outstanding support to our US patients, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and delivery partners. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS
Resolve delivery, shipment, and service-related issues promptly
Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Driver teams
Track and update support tickets until resolution
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Identify prospects to improve customer experience and processes
Requirements
~1–3 years of experience in US customer support, customer service, or call center operations is Mandatory
~ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
~ Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities
~ Comfortable using CRM and customer support tools
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
~ Willingness to work rotational shifts, including US business hours
