We combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and we're now looking to scale our client base with someone who can own that growth.
n The Role
n We're hiring a Business Development Executive who operates like a founder-in-training for our sales function, someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do next. You'll be responsible for building our pipeline from the ground up: identifying prospects, opening doors, closing deals and growing the accounts you bring in.
n This isn't a role for someone who needs hand-holding. We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of targets, manages their own time and outreach strategy, and treats the sales pipeline as their own business to run.
n What You'll Own
n n End-to-end recent business development, from prospecting to closing
n Building and managing a consistent, healthy sales pipeline
n Lead generation through research,



cold outreach and networking
n Client meetings and needs discovery, translated into tailored proposals
n Coordination with internal teams to ensure what's sold gets delivered
n Growth and retention of accounts you bring on board
n Regular performance reporting and pipeline visibility to leadership
n n What We're Looking For
n n Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in consulting, services or marketing
n A track record of hitting targets independently, not just contributing to a team number
n Strong communication and presentation skills, you can hold a room and hold a client
n Comfort with CRM tools and everyday productivity software
n Sharp negotiation instincts and the analytical ability to know when a deal is worth chasing
n Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
n Someone who's comfortable in a rapid-paced, lean setup where you're trusted to run your own patch, not micromanaged through it.
