Job Description Role: Branch Manager
n Grade: AVP/DVP
n Industry: Financial Broking Houses
n Team Management: 1+7 members (mix of RMs and Dealers)
n Reporting to: Cluster Head
n Experience: 5+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
n Location : Nagpur
n Job Responsibilities
n n Team Handling and AUM collection
n Increase revenue from current client through up sale / Cross Sell
n Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clients
n Promote Focus Product of the month.
n Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
n Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.
n Retention of performing team members.
n Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.
n Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
n Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc.
