n - Should have handled statutory audit assignments earlier.
n - Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
n - should be able to lead and motivate subordinates.
n - Excellent presentation and English communication skills required.
n - Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
n n ROLES AND
n RESPONSIBLITIES
n n Audit planning, execution and finalization.
n Be aware of the latest accounting and auditing standards.
n Ensure audit methodology is followed in all assignments.




n Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/Indian GAAP/US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients.
n Statutory compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax etc.
n Regular submissions/ postings to knowledge databases.
n Delegate tasks to interns wherever possible.
n Review work done by interns.
n Continuous monitoring of time and costs during the assignment.
n Establish & maintain positive working relationships with clients (adapt to changed work setting at different clients/ locations).
