Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end employee cycle at the regional level including Hiring, Retention, Compensation, Perks, and Training & Development.
Partner with Functional head to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
Provide timely information for all levels of a company on HR issues.
Planning and execution of Employee Engagement activities at the regional level
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.




Provide data on various types of employee reports such as compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions at the regional level.
Partner with Training & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
Responsible for all kinds of Grievance Redressal not limited to Compensation, Performance feedback, Transfers, etc
