About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio worth ₹500K, ensuring maximum ROI, brand consistency, and performance-driven outcomes.

This role demands analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of online marketing channels, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
Develop audience targeting strategies and compelling ad creatives aligned with brand goals.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure effective ad copies and visuals.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand ad effectiveness and ROI.
Optimize campaigns for better CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies,



and landing pages.
Budget & Portfolio Management
Manage and allocate a marketing budget of approximately ₹500K across campaigns efficiently.
Track spend and ensure optimal utilization within assigned limits.
Generate weekly/monthly budget and performance reports.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
Prepare performance dashboards and present insights to management.
Identify current prospects to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
Market Research & Trends
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitors’ strategies.
Recommend cutting-edge campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and analytics
