The Software Development Engineer II – Backend will own the development and operation of backend services, APIs, and supporting infrastructure, building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems that power Digantara's software platform.
Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience developing production-grade backend applications using Python or Node.js.




Robust expertise in backend architecture, PostgreSQL, Linux, and containerized development workflows.
Comfortable taking ownership of backend services from development through deployment while collaborating across engineering teams.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services supporting web applications.
Build and maintain HTTP services and REST APIs using Python or Node.js.
Manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, administration, query optimization, backup strategies, and performance tuning.
Support Linux-based deployments, automation, and operational troubleshooting.
Build and maintain containerized development and deployment workflows using Docker.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Write automation scripts using Bash to improve deployment and operational efficiency.
